Earl Garvin appeals his conviction on two counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341.1 He claims error in the delay in turning over Jenck's Act material, the sufficiency of the evidence, evidentiary rulings restricting his good faith defense, and the admission in evidence of events extending beyond the statute of limitations.
