Appellant, Fred Charles Hawkins, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried by a jury, and convicted in the District Court, Muskogee County, Case No. CRF-76-204, for the offense of Robbery With Firearms, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 801.
