Robert Michaelson appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Kevin T. Duffy, J., denying Michaelson's motion to withdraw his guilty plea to a charge of aiding and abetting the filing of a false document with the United States Department of State. 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001 and 2.
