Writ granted in part: Although hearsay is admissible at a preliminary examination, the state's witness is subject to full cross-examination as to the facts so relied upon to show probable cause. La.C.Cr.P. art. 294. The magistrate's finding of probable cause is set aside, and the case is remanded for further hearing in accordance with these principles.
