Unanimously modified, on the law, by reversing so much of the judgment as modified the arbitrator's award and ordered a rehearing on the issue of the attorneys' fees, and the award is confirmed. As so modified the judgment is affirmed. Respondent-appellant shall recover of petitioner-respondent $60 costs and disbursements of this appeal.
