Patricia Ann Eden, as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Norman Frederick Eden, Jr., sued Food Fair Stores, Inc., alleging that the negligence of its driver had caused the death of her husband in a collision between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck.
