Defendant was charged with petty theft with a prior felony commission in violation of section 667 of the Penal Code and prior convictions of first degree robbery in violation of section 211 of the Penal Code, and of maintaining a place where narcotics were used in violation of former section 11557 (see present § 11366) of the Health and Safety Code.
