This is an appeal by plaintiffs, D. F. Saunders and wife, Pauline Ruth Saunders, from a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendants, Alamo Soil Conversation District and San Antonio River Authority (SARA), denying plaintiffs' recovery for damages allegedly done to their land as a result of the activities of defendants.
