Plaintiff, Cleve McGee, seeks a declaratory judgment decreeing that a tract of land in Calcasieu Parish belongs to the separate estate of his deceased father, Joe McGee, and that defendants have no interest in that property. The defendants are Mrs. Nolie Virgil Spell Harris, former wife of the decedent, and her present husband, Richard Harris.
