This is a proceeding for a writ of habeas corpus following the arrest of the petitioner, Alan J. Greenbaum, pursuant to a warrant issued by the Governor of Kansas in response to an extradition requisition brought by the Governor of Texas. The Sedgwick district court denied Greenbaum's petition for relief whereupon he perfected an appeal to this court.
