No. 7373.

330 So.2d 366 (1976)

Eula Mae Trim, wife of/and Willie TRIM v. NEW ORLEANS PUBLIC SERVICE, INC. and Claudell Turner.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

April 13, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Birdsall, Alvarez & Rodriguez, Michael I. Rodriguez, New Orleans, for plaintiffs-appellants.

C. B. Ogden, II, A. R. Christovich, Jr., New Orleans, for defendants-appellees.

Before REDMANN, MORIAL and BEER, JJ.

BEER, Judge.

Plaintiff-appellant, Eula Mae Trim was injured in a bus-automobile collision on September 23, 1971. Liability was stipulated. On appeal she seeks an increase in general damages and her husband seeks an increase in special damages primarily because of their thus far judicially unrecognized contention that Mrs. Trim is suffering from thoracic outlet compression syndrome1 caused or aggravated by the accident.
