Solem appeals from his conviction in the district court of Pottawatomie county, Kansas, for the sale of an hallucinogenic drug (K.S.A. 1975 Supp. 65-4127b [b] [3]) and possession of a stimulant drug with intent to sell (K.S.A. 1975 Supp. 65-4127b [b] [2]). Defendant complains of errors in the admission of evidence and the failure of the judge at the preliminary hearing...
