Plaintiffs, the president of a corporation that deals in scientific instruments and the corporation itself, brought an antitrust suit alleging that the practices of a manufacturer had illegally restricted their business opportunities and ultimately resulted in the termination of the dealership, causing damages to both the corporation and its president....
