This is a civil action brought by Frances A. Burrell, executrix under the will of Joseph E. Burrell, against Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Delta), McDonnell Douglas Corp., Sperry Rand Corp., and Kollsman Instrument Corp. Plaintiff seeks recovery herein for the death of Joseph E.
