"The GRAND JURY of said County charge, that, before the finding of this indictment DOROTHY GRAY ELMORE whose name is to the Grand Jury otherwise unknown than as stated, did while intoxicated, drive a motor vehicle upon or along Old Pascagoula Road a public highway in Mobile County, Alabama, against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama...
