Aaron L. Freetime was indicted by the Orleans Parish grand jury on February 22, 1973 for the murder of Helen Green on January 18, 1973 in violation of La.R.S. 14:30. After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to serve twenty-one years at hard labor.
