By agreement of the parties appellant was put to trial upon two indictments charging grand larceny. The grand jury of Pike County indicted appellant for the theft of a 1965 model Ford truck, the personal property of Carter Brothers Manufacturing Company, Inc., a corporation, and he was indicted for the theft of a John Deere farm tractor, model 4230, the personal property of Ferrell Gibson.
