In these consolidated actions, petitioner challenges the method by which his employment as a non-tenured assistant professor of mathematics at Florida State University was terminated. His petition for writ of certiorari challenges the final order of FSU President Marshall which upheld petitioner's termination. Petitioner has also filed a notice of interlocutory appeal from the Leon County Circuit Court order which stayed proceedings on all issues...
