THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar that petitioner Raymond L. Mushrush be suspended from the practice of law for one year. Petitioner was admitted to practice in 1959 and has not been involved in any other disciplinary proceeding.
