The complainant, who was hired as a flight attendant by petitioner in February, 1968, became pregnant in November, 1972, and she applied for and was granted a maternity leave of absence on December 18, 1972. At that time, complainant was insured under petitioner's Group Insurance Plan, which provides basic life insurance, accidental death insurance, medical expense benefits and disability benefits....
