(1) the defendant, as manufacturer, proximately caused the plaintiff's intestate's death by selling a product in a defective condition which was unreasonably dangerous to him as its ultimate user; (2) the defendant was engaged in the business of selling such product; and (3) it was expected to, and did, reach the user without substantial change in the condition...
