Isador Schreiber appeals from a judgment declaring the respective lease rights of himself as landlord and Montgomery Ward & Company, Inc. (Wards) as tenant. We affirm.

Mr. Schreiber is the owner of a shopping center in Yakima, Washington, where Wards is a tenant. He had purchased the premises and a leasehold interest in 1964 from a predecessor. The Annuity Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, is a nominal party to this action, as mortgagee...
