On June 18, 1969, at the age of 64, Francis R. Murphy, a widower, married Roberta A. Murphy. When he died on December 5, 1974, he was survived by Mrs. Murphy and by a grown son, the issue of his first marriage. The widow and the son disagree as to the proper construction of his will.
