OGG, Judge.

The appellant-defendant Gerald F. Brewer was convicted after a jury trial of six counts of fraud in the purchase or sale of securities in violation of ARS §§ 13-331 (B), 13-138, 13-139 and 13-140. The defendant was sentenced to a term in the Arizona State Prison of not less than five nor more than eight years on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently.
