This litigation concerns the entitlement of appellant Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) to reimbursement of up to $10,000 in uninsured vehicle benefits paid by GEICO to its insured, appellee Stokeley. After receiving the uninsured vehicle benefits from GEICO in exchange for an executed release and trust agreement, appellee Stokeley, through the services of her lawyer, appellee Graff, negotiated and received a $25,000 settlement of her claim...
