This is a case involving custody of children. The Circuit Court of Mobile County found two children, ages 5 and 3, to be dependent children within the meaning of Chapter 7 of Tit. 13 of the Code of Alabama 1940. The trial court awarded permanent custody and the legal guardianship of the children to the Department of Pensions and Security.
