BOSLAUGH, Justice.

The defendant was charged with third offense driving while under the influence of alcoholic liquor. Upon a plea of guilty he was sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year. He has appealed and contends the trial court erred in considering the prior convictions alleged in the information and in considering an arrest that occurred several weeks before sentencing.
