On August 1, 1970, William M. Razumic and Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) entered into a lease agreement whereby Razumic became the lessee of a service station owned by ARCO, located at 3754 Wm. Penn Highway, Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The lease term was three years, subject to termination by the lessee on any annual anniversary date by giving 60 days' advance written notice to the lessor. The parties also entered into a Motor Fuel Purchase Agreement...
