Vennes "Dee" Wren, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Choctaw County, Case No. CRM-75-803, for the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, in violation of 47 O.S. 1971, § 11-902. His punishment was fixed at ninety (90) days in the County Jail and a fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and from said...
