The appellants, Ray J. Beran and Andrew M. Kaminski, were indicted on twelve counts of misapplication of bank funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 656. Each of the counts charge one, or the other, or both of the appellants with the misapplication of bank funds while they were either officers, directors or stockholders of the First National Bank of Belfield, Belfield, North Dakota...
