The defendant was convicted on four counts charging violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203 (1970).1 Counts One and Three charged failure to file income tax returns for 1968 and 1969. Counts Two and Four charged willful failure to supply Internal Revenue Service information on Form 1040 for each of the same respective years. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of one year...
