These cross-appeals arise from an order of the district court, which affirmed an order of the bankruptcy court, requiring the respondents to turn over to Bitker, the trustee of the bankrupt Jolin, certain proceeds of a state court judgment in Jolin's favor, entered prior to, but affirmed and satisfied after, the filing of bankruptcy.
