This is an appeal from a denial of habeas corpus petition in the district court of Flathead County involving two minor children.

On November 4, 1974, Judge Sykes declared two minor children of petitioner Muzzette Stubben (formerly Muzzette Azure) and Peter Azure to be dependent neglected children.
