The parties in these four consolidated inverse condemnation actions, claiming almost $2 million, plus interest, attorney fees, and costs, have submitted the cases to us for decision under Rule 134(b), upon a stipulation of facts filed May 14, 1975, and a supplementary stipulation filed October 3, 1975.
