The instant novel action arose from the filing of a four-count complaint which was amended on November 11, 1974. The first amended complaint alleged two separate federal claims. The first claim was for wilful noncompliance with certain procedural directives of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681).
