On February 9, 1971, the Industrial Accident Board awarded compensation to appellee for temporary total and for permanent partial disability. An appeal was not taken. Subsequently, appellee filed an application to increase the initial award, and on February 7, 1972, the board issued its order declining to do so. No effective appeal was taken from that order.
