Appellant brought this 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 action against the sheriff of Berrien County, Georgia. The suit arose as a result of appellant's arrest December 17, 1973, on a charge of forgery. He was arrested pursuant to a lawful arrest warrant issued by a Justice of the Peace who set bond at $1,000.
