BUSSEY, Judge:

James Daniel Murray, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-75-2455, for the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1435, After Former Conviction of a Felony. His punishment was fixed at fifteen (15) years' imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal...
