Blue Bell, Inc., filed suit on a sworn account to recover moneys due for merchandise sold and delivered. The Defendant, Isbell Cleaners, denied the justness of each and every item of the account under oath. Based upon the jury's answers to special issues submitted, judgment was entered that the Plaintiff take nothing.
