ALBERT V. BRYAN, Senior Circuit Judge:

This controversy is over the computation of damages recoverable from the United States by the administratrix of the estate of Grady G. Mosley who died in the care of a Veterans Administration hospital in North Carolina through its negligence. The cause of action was provided by the State statute affording compensation for wrongful death;1 the right of action by the Federal Tort Claims Act.
