Respondents appeal from an order of the district court enforcing with slight modifications a subpoena duces tecum issued by the Federal Trade Commission in March 1973. The subpoena called for the production of a broad range of documents and was issued to further an investigation initiated by an FTC resolution of January 3, 1973.
