Defendant has appealed from a $10,000 judgment in favor of plaintiff as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy for that amount on her deceased husband. The policy was originally issued on June 1, 1972, and was reinstated on May 23, 1973. The insured died on December 23, 1973.
