Plaintiff commenced suit against the owner of the building in front of which he fell on ice and snow, the owner and tenant of the building adjacent to it, and the City of Schenectady. Special Term granted summary judgment dismissing the complaint as to the defendants Kilgallen and Channing, the owner and tenant respectively of the adjacent building, holding that there is no proof that these defendants in any way caused or created the condition on the sidewalk that caused...
