This is an appeal in a workman's compensation case wherein the dependents of a deceased workman, who died following a heart attack while at work for the respondent, were denied compensation by the district court in applying the "heart amendment" of the Kansas Workmen's Compensation Act. (K.S.A. 1975 Supp. 44-501.)
