Defendant appeals his conviction under Section 561.011, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S., of possessing with intent to utter as true a personal money order, knowing the same to have been altered with intent to defraud. The jury was unable to agree on punishment, and the court sentenced defendant to a term of three years imprisonment.
