Louis King brought this action against Northwest Wheel, Inc., to recover damages for personal injuries. Northwest filed a third-party action for indemnity against R.C. Kercheval, Jr. Northwest compromised and settled the action brought by King. Following a trial to the court in the third-party indemnity action, judgment was entered in favor of Kercheval.
