Appellant, Ronnie James Chance, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Woods County, Case No. CRF-73-58, for the offense of Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana, in violation of 63 O.S. 1971, § 2-401 (B-2).
