This is a Workmen's Compensation Commission case which was initially set for hearing on April 11, 1974. Claimant-appellee did not appear for the April 11, 1974 hearing and the Referee re-scheduled the cause for 10 a.m., May 23, 1974.

On said date appellee again failed to appear and the Referee dismissed the claim for Workmen's Compensation benefits for want of prosecution on the part of appellee. An order to this effect was entered on June 3...
