This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court, Gallatin County, which reversed an order of the Workmen's Compensation Division of the Department of Labor and Industry.

Hale and Vivian Hubbard are the lessees and operators of Bair's Cafe in Bozeman, Montana. Dorothy McQuiston, hereinafter referred to as claimant, was a long time employee of the Hubbards. She claims that on or about August 1, 1973, she slipped on a wet floor at the restaurant...
