Tampa police officers spent several hours in the home of Hess pursuant to a search warrant authorizing them to seize "... stolen property, to wit: A Zeninth 25" color television set, serial number 3854764 and miscellaneous credit cards in the name of George Bartke." This warrant was supported by an affidavit incorporating by reference a lengthy narrative of a police investigation into burglaries in the Tampa area which showed that the television set particularly...
